Pricing FAQ
We are a day school with no dorms or library. What do we pay?+
Choose Essential at KES 100 per student per year. It covers admissions, attendance, classes, fees, results, timetables and teacher logins. You do not pay for dorms, library, store or gate records you do not use.
What is the difference between Connected and Complete?+
Connected (KES 200) adds parent and student logins plus the school book library and store records. Complete (KES 300) adds everything in Connected plus dorms, gate and visitor records, staff clock-in records and priority help with setup.
Are parent and student logins in every plan?+
No. Parent and student logins are part of Connected and Complete. Essential keeps admin and teacher logins only, which suits schools that are not ready to open family access yet.
How is the yearly total calculated?+
Multiply the plan price by the number of active students. For example, 350 students on Connected is 350 × KES 200 = KES 70,000 per year. Use the calculator on this page to estimate your school total.
Are text messages and Exam Library included?+
No. Text message credits are paid for separately so small schools are not charged for messages they never send. Exam Library has its own personal and school plans and is billed separately from the school management subscription.
Can we move from one plan to another later?+
Yes. Start with Essential and move to Connected or Complete when the school is ready, for example when you open the library or start boarding. Talk to the team through the contact page and they will guide the change.
Do you offer pricing for school groups?+
Yes. Schools with more than one campus or a group of schools can ask for group pricing through the contact page.
