These terms explain how ShuleStack should be used by schools, staff, parents, guardians, students, and authorized support users.
Who May Use ShuleStack
ShuleStack is intended for authorized schools, staff, parents, guardians, students, and approved support users. Each user must access only the school records and features their role permits.
Account Responsibilities
Users must keep their passwords and devices secure, use accurate account details, and report suspected unauthorized access to the school administrator or ShuleStack support as soon as possible.
Acceptable Use
You may use ShuleStack to manage legitimate school operations, including admissions, fees, attendance, communications, timetables, academic calendars, exams, results, library, inventory, and related reporting.
Prohibited Use
You must not misuse the app, attempt to bypass permissions, access another person's account, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with service security, scrape data without authorization, or use school information for purposes outside legitimate school work.
School Data And Accuracy
Schools are responsible for entering accurate records and granting the correct user roles. ShuleStack provides tools to manage and protect records, but the school remains responsible for how its authorized users use the data.
Communications And Payments
Where communication, billing, or payment features are enabled, schools are responsible for confirming message content, recipient lists, fee structures, payment references, and any notices sent through the platform.
Suspension Or Termination
Access may be suspended or limited if an account appears compromised, violates these terms, creates security risk, or is no longer authorized by the school.
Changes To The Service
ShuleStack may improve, add, or change features over time. We will aim to keep school workflows stable and communicate material changes where appropriate.

Use of ShuleStack is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
