How We Use Information
We use this information to provide the school management service, authenticate users, protect accounts, generate reports, send school communications, process fee workflows, and support the school when help is requested.
Roles And Access
Access is role-based. Owners, admins, staff, parents, and students only receive access according to the permissions configured for their school and account type.
Sharing
We do not sell school data. We may share information with trusted service providers only where needed to operate the service, such as hosting, email, SMS, payment, security, and support providers.
Retention
School records are retained while the school account remains active or as required for operational, legal, audit, and security purposes. Schools may request export or deletion according to their agreement and applicable law.
